Check-in takes place via a self-check-in machine.
The rooms can be occupied from 15.00. On the day of departure the rooms are at your disposal until 10.00 am.
Via the A10 Tauern freeway (Salzburg towards Villach): Flachau exit - continue via the main road to Wagrain or Bischofshofen exit - main road to St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf - main road to Wagrain.

The Centerhouse Wagrain is operated by the partner company Hotel Wagrainerhof****. The Rötzer family has been running the Wagrainerhof in the center of Wagrain since 1959. Their greatest concern is the well-being of their guests. Together with the hotel team, the Rötzer family looks forward to welcoming you to their hotel.
The full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
For walk-ins, the full amount must be paid at check-in.
No cash payment possible - we accept Visa, Mastercard or debit card.
Pets only on request & additional € 15,- per dog per night (without food) will be charged. Unfortunately, the dogs are not allowed in the dining room at Hotel Wagrainerhof****.
- Children from 0 to 2 years are free of charge.
- Discounts for children up to 15 years, depending on the season.
- From 2 full-paying persons applies that the 3rd person (from 16 years) in the same room receives 30% discount.
Children's discounts apply in the parents' room (min. 2 full-paying persons)!
Prices do not include local tax - € 2,30 per night and person (from 15 years).
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Thank you for your understanding.
To avoid a rude awakening in case of unforeseen events, we recommend that you take out travel insurance before you start your trip.
The reservation is valid only if 100% has already been paid at the time of booking.
Payment at the time of booking is possible with Visa, Mastercard or ATM card.
All prices in EURO. Errors, typesetting and printing errors, as well as price and program changes reserved.
In our hotel lounge, in our partner establishment in the Hotel Wagrainerhof****, you can buy nice souvenirs or gifts.

- Within 30 days before arrival 70% of the room rate
- Within 7 days before arrival and non-arrival or early departure 90 % from the room rate
As long as we do not hear from you, these rooms will be offered to other guests and are not yet firmly reserved for you.
In case of a free cancellation, the amount already paid will be returned to you.
According to consumer law acc. § 18 para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for hotel services. The right of withdrawal according to § 11 para. 1 FAGG does not apply, instead we apply the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) according to § 5.

A ski and boot room including boot heating is available in the house. We ask you to leave the skis, snowboards, etc. here and not in the room.
Exclusively and only for our house guests our Skybar on the 7th floor above the roofs of Wagrain (only open in summer!).
The solarium is located on the 1st floor. The price is € 7,- for 7 minutes.
We have rabbits, chickens and dwarf goats to see in the spacious enclosures. The animals always look forward to a visit!
